Focused on one question or area of your life, this session is designed to bring clarity, reassurance, and direction. Virtual Meet Policy This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for all virtual meetings and readings. By booking a virtual session, you agree to the terms below. 1. Platform & Access Virtual meetings are conducted via an agreed-upon video or audio platform Meeting links are provided with booking confirmation. If you prefer phone let us know so we can call you It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. 2. Scheduling & Punctuality Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. A grace period of 5 minutes is provided. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If the client does not arrive within 10 minutes, the session may be considered a no-show. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 4. Session Scope Virtual sessions are limited to the time booked. Mini readings focus on one question or area of life. Additional questions or extended time may require a separate booking. 5. Conduct & Respect All sessions must be conducted respectfully. Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. 6. Recording Policy Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent from both parties but can be recorded by Ginny and sent to you if you ask Unauthorized recording may result in termination of the session. 7. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. 8. Technical Issues If technical difficulties occur on the provider’s end, the session will be rescheduled or extended where possible. If issues occur on the client’s end, the session may continue audio-only or be considered completed if unresolved. 9. Confidentiality All sessions are private and confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed, except where required by law.

Booking Session Policy All sessions must be booked and paid in full online at the time of booking Appointments are reserved once payment is received You must be 18 years old to book In person session In person session are offered during select times and are limited due to high demand and private office availability we cannot guarantee that exact selected times are available however we make every effort to accommodate your selected times If for any reason your selected time is not available you will be contacted promptly with the closest alternative Rescheduling policy Clients may reschedule one time with at least 24 hour notice A $50 rescheduling fee applies to all rescheduled appointments Rescheduling request made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not guaranteed to get exact new times Cancellations and No Shows All sessions once booked are non refundable No cancellations are allowed only rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time Missed appointments and no Shows are non refundable and non transferable and your appointment will be forfeited and therefore will lose payment and appointment slot Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session Late arrivals may result in shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time Sessions cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals Virtual session Virtual sessions are conducted on agreed upon platform or via phone Clients are responsible for meeting on the platform on time and having a stable Internet connection along with a quiet place to do the reading Clients are responsible for answering the phone at agreed upon time if phone is choosen and to have clear cell reception Energy and readiness Sessions require focus and energetic presence from both parties Sessions will not be conducted if a client appears to be impaired, disruptive, or disrespectful In such cases the session will be forfeited without refund Right to refuse service The practitioner reserves the right to refuse and discontinue session at anytime if boundaries are not respected Any abuse, inappropriate or threatening behavior will result in immediate termination of the session no refund By Booking you acknowledge that Psychic and Medium and spiritual sessions are for spiritual insight and personal guidance only Results are not guaranteed You accept full responsibility for your choices and actions following the session You understand sessions are for entertainment purposes only
